When you arrive, you’ll have a chance to catch up with fellow members before the coach gathers everyone around to outline the session. After a comprehensive warm-up tailored to the day’s movements, the coach will guide you through a skill or strength element, answering any questions along the way.
Next, it’s time for the Workout of the Day (WOD)! The coach will explain the format, demonstrate movements, offer scaling options, and help you set up. After a quick warm-up for the WOD, the fun begins! Every session is structured to ensure you get an intense, effective workout and are out the door in just an hour.

It’s entirely up to you! We recommend starting with two sessions a week to let your body adjust. As you grow more comfortable, you can gradually add more days. Life can get busy, so the most important thing is to train when you can and enjoy the process.
